Check out our photos below to see this project in all its glory.

The Old Southeast Compound in historic St. Pete was in need of a major remodel. The property, which was originally built in the 1920s, had been through many renovations over the years and had become a hodgepodge of different styles and designs. The homeowners wanted to restore the property to its original grandeur, while also modernizing it for today's lifestyle. They reached out to Quality Home Renovators, a company with a reputation for restoring historic properties to their former glory.

The team at Quality Home Renovators got to work, they carefully researched the history of the property and came up with a plan that would respect the original design while also incorporating modern amenities. They began by stripping the property down to the studs and rebuilding it from the ground up, while also incorporating energy-efficient materials and modern appliances.

The end result was a stunning restoration of the Old Southeast Compound that seamlessly blended the past with the present. The property now boasts beautiful original details such as restored hardwood floors, ornate moldings, and high ceilings, as well as modern amenities such as a state-of-the-art kitchen, updated electrical and plumbing, and a new HVAC system. The homeowners were thrilled with the final result and were happy to have a home that respected its history while also being comfortable and functional for their daily lives.
